FORUM at Lees-McRae College

About Us

The Forum was organized in 1979 by a small group of summer residents for the purpose of bringing a stimulating series of cultural programs to the area.

The Forum at Lees McRae College provides the High Country of western North Carolina with one of the best values in the area with top flight musical talent. Our 2023 season features a tribute band, vocalists and a symphony performance.

Summer 2023 Season

Welcome to the 44th season of FORUM! Two performances of each show will occur on Monday evenings at 5 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. throughout the season. The doors will open 30 minutes before each performance and will run approximately 60+ minutes with no intermission.

Season Tickets
FORUM Patron = $160 per person (open seating)
FORUM Centurion = $450 per person (reserved seating and reserved parking)

Single Tickets
Adult tickets = $35
Child tickets = $10

FORUM is an organization associated with Lees-McRae College which provides summer entertainment of eight programs consisting of symphony, vocalists, big band groups, pianists and dancers from late June through early August on Monday nights at 7:00pm in Hayes Auditorium.

FORUM performances are underwritten by becoming a FORUM ''Patron''- $140.00 per person for open seating or $450.00 per person for reserved seating.
